I know I've posted many slow-shutter effects before. Here's another one hehehe!
There's a story behind this one though. I've set up my cam for a night shot of the nice little lights from the port area, shutter speed at 8". Then suddenly the fire-eater who roams around the park area was at my back already. I had no time to change the settings of my cam, so there it is. It looks like Bruce Lee caught on fire.

I have lots of pictures that are just taking up too much of my hard disk space because they are "not-that-good" for posting, meaning:

1) I used the wrong camera settings;
2) cluttered composition, hence i need to crop out;
3) it might look better with some effects;
4) it needs some major tweaking;
5) etc etc.

but thank God for Photoshop, I can now fix them. :)
